Dentistry Grant

Unfortunately, our dental grant program does not cover basic dental procedures like fillings, root canals, cleanings or anything that can be covered by dental insurance.

Once we receive your contact information, our patient coordinator will call you to ask about your dental history, what kind of work you want done, and how soon you wish to start treatment. At this time, we can answer any questions you may have. We will then schedule a complimentary consultation with Dr. Astaraee to asses your oral health, and customize a treatment plan that fits your cosmetic dental needs and takes into consideration your financial hardships.

1. Complete the submission form on our website.
2. Our patient coordinator will contact you to schedule a consultation for a free oral health assessment (includes x-rays).
3. The dentist confirms eligibility for dental grant. If the applicant is not qualifies, the dentist makes necessary recommendations and provides a treatment plan.

Anyone may apply for our Dental Grant program. However, only 10 patients are selected per quarter, and entered in a lottery selected monthly. We keep applications for one year and continue our lottery drawing if a candidate was not selected prior.
